MEET THE FOUNDER

With over fifteen years of experience in the design industry, Rose Tergelie Bien-Aime has established herself as a seasoned professional in residential, commercial, and event design. Her journey to becoming a renowned interior designer is a testament to her determination, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

 

Rose's entry into the field of interior design took an unexpected turn. While pursuing a degree in civil engineering during her second year of college, she felt a profound calling to alter her course which led to a decisive shift in her academic focus towards interior design. This transition resulted in an outstanding academic performance, with her final project being retained by the educational institution for accreditation demonstrations, showcasing the exceptional quality and creativity she brought to her work.

As Rose evolved into a designer, she encountered distinctive challenges within the competitive Boston design scene. Instead of allowing these challenges to deter her, she perceived them as opportunities for personal growth and the development of innovative solutions.

In 2012, recognizing the need for new horizons, Rose embarked on a journey to expand her design career. Applying for positions across various states, she secured an immediate job offer from a distinguished company in Maryland. This pivotal move marked the initiation of an extraordinary chapter in her Rose has received several awards including "Designer Star" award, a recognition bestowed upon her as one of the foremost designers nationally at the company she worked for. She was also awarded with "Best Aesthetics," "Best Portfolio Design," and "Best Classic Design." 

 

Rose transitioned from employment within a reputable company after a successful eleven-year tenure in Maryland to launch a firm in a co-ownership capacity. Most recently, Rose has chosen to chart a new course in Massachusetts, embarking on an entrepreneurial endeavor to launch her own interior design firm. 

As the founder of her own interior design firm, overflowing with enthusiasm, Rose is eager to share the wealth of design experiences she has accumulated over the years with her clients. Rose firmly believes that everyone deserves to reside in a space they genuinely adore. This dedication to this core principle is the cornerstone of her mission.
